Yesterday approximately 2.9 million people worldwide marched as part of the Women's March.
We took part in the Women's March on Washington along with 500,000 other women and allies, standing for an intersectional and united feminism.
Many powerful and inspiring women spoke all around the U.S. as part of the March.
Angela Davis spoke at the March on Washington and reminded us of a true and lasting fact and call to action:
"Let us remind ourselves that we the hundreds of thousands, the millions of women, trans-people, men and youth who are here at the Women's March, we represent the powerful forces of change that determined to prevent the dying cultures of racism, hetero-patriarchy from rising again."
As a women owned and run store, we stand with and for all women and people everyday.
Below, we compiled a series of images depicting marches and gatherings throughout history representing female solidarity.
